Terms of Service

01 Agreement

By using neuralkatana.ai (the "site") you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Mars Landing Media LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, the door is behind you.

02 What the site is

The site is an informational notebook about NeuralKatana, an AI inference instrument, and about Kusanagi, the harness it runs on. Nothing on the site is for sale, there are no accounts, and nothing here is professional advice of any kind. Content describes a system as it is at the time of writing and may change or be withdrawn without notice.

03 Ownership

The text, design, code, images, films and marks on the site are the property of Mars Landing Media LLC unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from its content without written permission, except for brief quotation with attribution.

Music streamed from SoundCloud and videos hosted on YouTube remain the property of their creators and are used under those services' terms; they are not licensed to you by us.

04 Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach, probe, overload or interfere with the site or its server, scrape it at volume, or use the letter form to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited commercial messages. We may block access from any source that does.

05 Kusanagi

Kusanagi is an internal publishing tool that Mars Landing Media uses to upload our own videos to YouTube channels we own, through the YouTube Data API. It is not a public service. If we ever grant you access to it, you agree to use it only with channels you own or are authorised to manage, to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's policies, and to accept that Google's own terms govern your Google account. How Kusanagi handles Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

06 No warranty

The site and Kusanagi are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Descriptions of the instrument's capabilities are our observations, not guarantees.

07 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mars Landing Media LLC and its members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site or Kusanagi, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, which for this site is nothing.

08 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

09 Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new effective date; continued use after that date is acceptance. Questions go through the letter on neuralkatana.ai or to jdeluna@marslanding.media.
